Battle: Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder VS Innisfree No Sebum Blur Powder.

Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder vs Innisfree No Sebum Blur Powder

We finally have a ‘Battle’ post on something other than eyeliners. In the last blog post, I said I intended to compare the two No Sebum powders from Innisfree and here we are. I made comparative notes in between classes, whenever I had free time. Not a bad way of tackling an idle mind, right?

The first difference is the packaging. The tubs are just coloured differently. That’s about it. You get the same soft powder-puff and the sifter is exactly the same.

Here are some notes:

Price: $7 – $15 (depending on where you purchase it)

I absolutely love this version. I’ve used it on my eyelids before putting on eyeliner, to mattify my face, to touch up and so on. However, sometimes, when I use a larger quantity of it, I find it leaves my face looking greyish/ashy. The ashiness disappears as the day goes on, though.

I find this one performs a lot better in the heat and humidity. Also, thanks to its blurring properties, I tend to reach for it more. Moreover, I never have problems with my face looking greyish/ashy.

WINNER: Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder!

(I just think it’ll work for a variety of skin tones and skin types. It also happens to be multi-purpose. As much as I like the Blur Powder, I think the Mineral Powder just wins for its adaptability.)
